Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic IT Support Engineer to join our team. We are looking for a tech savvy, forward thinking individual to bring new ideas and resolutions to our IT support team. If successful, you will be a 2nd line analyst and escalation point for all IT support queries within a well-established private healthcare provider You will work with a variety of users to resolve or escalate their technical issues in a prompt and professional manner.

As one of the 2nd line Support Engineers, you will act as the escalation point for the 1st line team, providing email and telephone-based support for the wide client base, and escalating issues to the 3rd line team where required. There may also be an occasional need to travel to client sites for onsite fixes, giving you an opportunity meet and learn about companies, in lots of different business sectors.

Experience with Windows servers (12/16/19), Microsoft Office 365, Azure and cloud exposure, and networking experience (Firewalls, Switches Routers etc)
