Head of Nursing

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Nursing to lead our nursing teams across the hospital Inpatient wards, Day Surgical Pathway, Pre-assessment, OPD Nursing. This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the CNO, and offers the opportunity to:

• Provide visible, inspiring leadership and ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, compassionate care.
• Drive strategic initiatives, workforce planning, and digital transformation.
• Oversee patient safety, clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Support professional development and act as a credible role model.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with Degree/Master’s level education.
• Significant senior nursing experience in an acute setting.
• Proven leadership, change management, and quality improvement skills.
